Returns & Refund Policy

ALL ITEMS ON GARMENTORY INDIA ARE FINAL SALE.

All our items are Final Sale by default — it helps us keep prices delightfully low.

Need a little peace of mind? Add “Worry-Free Purchase” in your cart (for a small fee) and you can then return your purchased items for any reason — size, style, or simply a change of heart.

Select the "Worry-Free Purchase" option after you add item to cart. You’ll then have the option to return eligible items if they don’t work out for any reason. The cost of the Worry-Free Purchase option is based on all eligible items in your cart.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note these following requirements for a successful returns experience:

1. Most items that had opted it for Worry-Free Purchase coverage are eligible for return. Some exclusions will apply such as items from these following categories: Beauty, Apothecary, Intimates, Swimwear, Hats, Hair Accessories, Earrings, Furniture, Vintage.

2. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

3. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

4. The Worry-Free Purchase coverage is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in India.

5. Please note, the cost of the Worry-Free Purchase coverage is nonrefundable. You will receive a refund of the item total (including taxes) to the original method of payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Initiate Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at customer.care@garmentory.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
